In A Perfect World…

In a perfect world…

We would have time for family dinner every day of the week.   Many of us, if we are honest, are working seven days a week.  We rarely sit down with our families to have dinner or we are stuck in front of the television, or a smartphone, while everybody is doing his/her own individual thing.  Justin Timberlake brought sexy back.  I want us to bring the family back.

In a perfect world…

Leaders would drive decision-making as far down into the organization as possible, instead of using the antiquated top-down management style.  This is a concept introduced to me by Captain David Marquet, in his book, Turn the Ship Around.  Everyone has to own it, grow it and be responsible for it!

In a perfect world…

Everyone could breathe.
