Jim’s Journal: Walk it Out!

August 7, 2014 in Jim's Journal

I just started walking again.  Five miles a day!  And it feels awesome!  Why did I stop?  It’s therapeutic.  It’s healthy.  And it’s an incredible way to start my day.  Why did I stop?  Why do you stop?  There are things that you love doing – activities that bring you joy and fulfillment that you stop doing for no particular reason.  Don’t tell me that you don’t have time anymore.  Remember, I wrote the No Excuses book.  We always find time to do those things that we want to do.  My guess, then, is that we lose the desire.  We lose our focus.  Take inventory of your life.  I’m sure you’ll find some “life-wasters” and “time stealers.”  You might even determine that there are some people who you think need to play a smaller role in your life.  Adjust your focus and you’ll rekindle that desire.  It’s working for me!

We provide the most transformational and empowering tools and experiences that challenge people to live and perform OUT LOUD!
